Me and shoemaker Marcus Davidsson had great fun discussing Nerdonomics and his passion for hand sewn shoes in Gomorron Sverige. The discussion went on and on after the camera was off and they switched to the news. It is fantastic to see how people get excited and develop their take on Nerdonomics!

A week from launch

Nerdonomics-hogupplost-rgb_The speech turned into a book. After lots of comments after various seminars I realized that there was a story that had to be told.

On April 29th “Nerdonomics – Why nerds start business and why it is important to Sweden” will be launched. In Swedish but I will try to seek funding to translate it as I do think that Nerdonomics wil impact many economies.

Boost in LA

A few weeks ago I met a lot of entrepreneurs from the creative sector at the Swedish Affair in LA. Specially gaming, digital and film. A number of them came up to me after my speach and confirmed the Nerdonomics concept. However a few of them said that they have not become very rich from their Nerd interets. A majority added. Not yet!
